Join Us for a Timeline of Food, Passion and Nature in Florence,Italy

3 Nights | May 28 – 31, 2020

Florence’s museums, palaces, and churches house some of the greatest artistic treasures in the world. The most popular and important sites in Florence include the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Uffizi, the Bargello, and the Accademia. The churches of Santa Maria Novella and Santa Croce are veritable art galleries, and the library of San Lorenzo is a magnificent exhibition of Michelangelo’s architectural genius.

On this trip we’ll roll up our sleeves and dive into the rich flavours of Italian cuisines in an interactive cooking class hosted at the hillside woodland home of Lorenzo and Luca, co-founders of Lovexfood. There we’ll prepare different kinds of pasta, sauces and learn the secret techniques of traditional Italian desserts.

Later that evening, we’ll explore the cobbled streets of Florence on foot and marvel at great renaissance artwork and history with Ilaria – our own expert guide, before ending the evening with some special surprise dinner.

On Saturday, we’ll ride down to A.S.D. Il Missouri Equitazione to explore the Tuscany central regions on the backs of the well-behaved and courageous horses of A.S.D. Il Missouri Equitazione. We’ll gallop across olive groves and vineyards into the amazing views of the Tuscany skylines – taking short breaks to listen to the rich stories of the region’s culture and history. Upon return to Florence, we’ll be welcomed into Paola and Benedetto’s home for a cozy and private 4 course dinner and a phantom of Opera.
